The Cordillera Blanca mountain range is one of the finest places on earth for trekking and climbing. There are more than 50 mountains over 5750 m, ncluding Mount Huascarán with 6768 m, the highest mountain of Peru and also the beautiful pyramid Mount Alpamayo. In addition, there are a vast amount of beautiful lagoons, high passes, glaciers, vertical rock walls and many campsites located in spectacular zones.

  • Day 1: Lima – Huaraz (3100m)
  • Day 2: Day for acclimatization (Willcahuaín ruins – Monterrey)
  • Day 3: Day for acclimatization Lake Churup (4440m)
  • Day 4: Huaraz – Hualcayan (2850m)
  • Day 5: Hualcayán – Wishcash (4200m)
  • Day 6: Wishcash – Ruinapampa (3800m)
  • Day 7: Ruinapampa –Alpamayo Base Camp (4150m) option to go to a lookout (4850m) or to Jatun Jirca (5030m)
  • Day 8: Alpamayo Laguna Sajuna (4180m)
  • Day 9: Sajuna –Pucajirca Pass – Camping at Jancapampa (3650m)
  • Day 10: Jancapampa – Lake Huacrocha (4450m)
  • Day 11: Huacrochocha – Village of Colcabamba
  • Day 12: Colcabamba – Lake Ichic Ulta (4500m)
  • Day 13: Lake Ichic Ulta – Poso Yanayacu (4800m) Huaraz
  • Day 14: Huaraz – Lima
